Happy and sad at the same time.. We brought my friend to the airport this morning. As of this moment, she’s already on a plane back to manila. I’m happy that she’ll soon be with her family; and sad because we won’t see each other for another two and a half months. I arrived here in Limerick almost two and a half weeks ago, she’s been here for 2 and a half months. We had a blast during the eighteen days that we were together here in limerick. We visited old friends—nurses who are already based here in Limerick, we played basketball twice, we walked around the city the whole day during my first weekend to shop and window-shop (we’re shopping buddies). We even enjoyed our trip to and from the office everyday. We would laugh aloud inside the car while she’s driving (we laugh at our own bloopers). Last weekend, we packed our bags and rode a bus to Dublin to visit a friend. We really had a great time!
Haay lula, what I will miss the most is our englishing together. See you soon!
