EOQ blues...

It's the last day of the quarter here in the office. The usual scenario for a typical end-of-quarter here is that everyone's in a rush, trying to finish all the work and beat the end-of-quarter deadline. But this time it's different. Not just because we were able to finish our projects one day ahead of schedule (we're all relaxing in our respective desks right now. Thank you Lord!), it's also because the group's not complete this time. You see, our team leader/friend is on her way right now to the airport. She's leaving for LK for a 3-month offshore assignment. You see, these past few months, the group has become very close -- more like a family now.. And Cris is not only our very supportive team leader, she's become like a sister and a very trusted friend. And during her stay in LK, we'll miss her in our morning habbit.. we'll miss the way she calls everyone for breakfast and lunch.. Cris! You're not even on the plane yet and we're missing you already! Have a safe trip, lola! Hope you enjoy your stay there .. :)
